Job Summary
This role is responsible for coordinating and supervising daily activities of a team, setting priorities, and ensuring task completion. The successful candidate will also be responsible for monitoring and evaluating team members, attracting and retaining high potential talent, and modeling the Corporation's Code of Business Ethics and Values.
Key Responsibilities

Operations
* Oversee receipt, storage, shipment, and reporting of materials according to established procedures
* Furnish reports to forecast estimates and schedules related to inventory, distribution, transportation, and/or production
* Review effectiveness of operating procedures, maintenance, space utilization, and protection of equipment
* Ensure supervised department meets daily/annual goals, assess and suggest new procedures and processes to increase efficiency
Requirements
* Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Business, or related field
* 3+ years SML or related experience, Supervisory or Lead experience preferred
* Proficient understanding of fundamental concepts, practices, and procedures of Supply Chain, Materials Management, and Logistics
* Excellent analytical skills, oral, written communication, and presentation skills
