Business Controller Industrial Operations - SAB - Spain
Location: SAB0 - PHARMA SANT ANDREU DE L, ES, ES - Spain
Mission
• Support in the participation in the planning processes, Budget, Forecasting, and 5 year forecast of the inventories and scraps projection.
• Preparation and reporting of the monthly closing of Inventories and scraps.
• Monitoring and analysis of purchase prices main deviations.
• Preparation of the purchase prices proposal for Budgetary purposes.
• Attendance and participation in meetings to review monthly closings and proposals for new planning processes.
• Monitoring and improving the internal control processes assuring the consistence and the validation of the financial information in the area.
• Financial support (Partnership) for the stakeholders creating healthy debates with the internal and/or external business partners and building a financial rigor in the discussions.
• Elaboration of reporting, graphs, analysis etc. requested by Industrial Operations or Headquarters.
• Support in the preparation of presentations to the Leadership Team or MB.
• Participation in transversal corporate projects.
• Improve and simplify the processes and align criteria with Corporate Finance.
• The responsibility includes pharmaceutical and chemical plants for the territories of Spain and Germany.
• Back up of Business Controller in tasks of product costing and Material Ledger (monthly closings).
• Key User for the master data of product costing (ORSOFT).
Education
• Degree in Economics, Business Administration, with interest in operations and industrial organization.
Specific Knowledge
* Advanced user of SAP FI CO/PA (knowledge in CO-PC and ML will be additionally evaluated), PBI and office software (Master in Excel and PowerPoint).
* High level of English (spoken and written).
* Proactive, analytical, critical, methodical and organized.
* Good communication and presentation skills.
Experience
* At least three years of experience in a similar role.
* Experience in managed complexity business with a high volume of products.
* Experience in SAP and PBI.
* Experience in office package, especially with Excel and Power Point.
* Preferred to have experience and knowledge of the pharmaceutical sector / fast consumer moving goods.
* Analytical and communications skills, proactive & flexible, make things happen, hands on & industrious, team spirit, committed and used to working under pressure.
