IT Delivery Manager

The IT Delivery / Engagement Manager is responsible for managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring the alignment of IT services with business needs, and overseeing the delivery of IT projects.
Job Description:
Technical Experience:
1. Core experience in managing the overall IT Infrastructure delivery on AWS with experience on overall cloud Infra Management
2. Core experience in overall Cloud FinOps, Automation and Application re-engineering
3. Knowledge of Cloud Operations and SRE concepts
4. Basic knowledge of ECS, EKS, Kubernetes operation
Stakeholder Management:
1. Build and maintain strong relationships with the customer IT organization and front end customer communication onsite
2. Act as the primary point of contact for all IT-related inquiries and issues for the organization with multiple customers
3. Understand and anticipate the business needs of stakeholders and translate them into IT requirements.
Project Management:
1. Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects with multiple projects
2. Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
Requirements:
Service Delivery:
1. Ensure the delivery of high-quality IT services that meet business needs.
2. Monitor and report on service performance and customer satisfaction.
3. Implement and manage service level agreements (SLAs).
4. Ensure consistent high CSAT from the customer.
Collaboration and Communication:
1. Facilitate effective communication between IT teams and customer business units.
2. Conduct regular meetings with customer and internal stakeholders to provide project updates and gather feedback.
