The Marketing Specialist executes and accurately delivers marketing programs that drive regional demand generation in alignment with corporate goals. The objective of the role is to support the end to end lifecycle of marketing caigns and events from creation through design and set up, to final ROI analysis. The candidate should bring a balanced skillset of creative aptitude and technical knowhow to execute marketing programs.
You will partner with our in house marketing team, composed of content writers, designers, web developers, and industry managers, to deliver marketing messages that improve brand awareness and drive demand generation.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Align with Marketing and Sales Teams to work cooperatively in developing marketing programs that help meet company objectives for in region brand awareness and lead generation.
2. Ownership of end to end process for digital marketing caigns, including email, advertising, and social media: drafting copy and working with automation team to source and segment lists, obtain approvals, schedule, develop landing pages and perform post caign analysis.
3. Align with EMEA marketing team to ensure all caign components and materials are created according to plan for accurate, on time caign delivery. Act as last set of eyes before a caign is launched.
4. Measure in region marketing program success, monitor and evaluate progress, provide status updates to stakeholders, and take corrective action as necessary.
5. Support marketing team testing and analysis of target audience criteria, content, landing pages, forms, etc., to increase open, click, lead, conversion rates for in region marketing programs.
6. Provide in region recommendations for ongoing marketing program improvement to drive demand generation.
7. Strong control process adherence to digital caigns privacy laws; strictly enforce opt out procedures.
8. Monitor and maintain data integrity and follow ongoing data cleansing best practices.
