The Opportunity
We are looking for a dynamic Technical Product Manager (software) to lead the development of new products and processes from scratch, driving internal efficiency and customer satisfaction. You will also take on a key project management role, coordinating with external agencies to deliver high-impact projects such as a new Shopify e-commerce platform or internal tools like our budgeting tool, our pre-production tool internally developed on Rhino+Grasshopper. This position requires strong technical acumen, leadership, and the ability to manage cross-functional teams and external partners.
Key Responsibilities
1. Build from Scratch: Design and develop new products or processes based on customer or internal needs.
2. Technical Acumen: Use no-code/low-code tools effectively; coding abilities are a plus.
3. Project Management: Manage external agencies delivering projects like the Shopify e-commerce platform and internal tools (e.g., a Quote Builder). Ensure timely delivery, quality control, and alignment with CUBRO’s vision.
4. Analytical Problem-Solving: Leverage data for decision-making and continuous improvement.
5. Leadership: Lead teams, communicate effectively, and manage projects with empathy.
6. Collaboration: Work across departments (e.g., operations, marketing) to ensure alignment and execution.
Preferred Experience
1. 3-5 years in product development or management, particularly in e-commerce or logistics.
2. Hands-on project management experience with external agencies or vendors.
3. Technical background with experience in no-code/low-code platforms.
4. Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
5. Engineering degree or related experience is a plus.
