Vehicle manufacturers trust our premium technology, and we also support the aftermarket with top brands like Exide and Tudor, along with digital tools and services.For our growing Automotive division in Zaragoza (Spain), at the earliest possible date we are looking for a: Order Management Specialist.This position is supporting Automotive Plants in Europe with the aim at managing the customer orders between sales and operations to ensure best service level and reliability to our customers and in addition seek to drive a high level of automation and digitalisation.To manage the order management processes within the BLC, ensuring efficient performance.To place the order and manage change requests in the ERP systems, including EDI orders.To drive automation of the order management processes using OCR technology.To receive, track and validate the orders.To take actions where appropriate to resolve any queries in a timely manner.To liaise with stakeholders, departments on a regular basis to resolve any queries or incomplete status's.What we ask for:Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, business or technical discipline, e.g., operations management or supply chain management.Advanced excel functionality.Strongly required Advanced English.Availability for a temporary project initially lasting two years.
