Sales Representative Oncology Specialty Brands

The Role
We’re seeking a proactive and professional Sales Representative to lead the sales activity for our Southwest Spain territory across our growing pharmaceutical portfolio, ensuring revenue objectives and market share targets are met whilst maintaining compliance with all industry and company requirements. The product range will focus on our Oncology / Urology Specialty Brand franchise.
In this fast-paced and exciting role, you’ll take time to develop a good working knowledge of our different products and services (including the existing portfolio and new product launches) in order to promote them effectively. Mapping the key decision makers, Key Opinion Leaders, and treatment area specialists across your territory (in hospitals, pharmacies, and other health centres), you’ll build good working relationships with them and understand their priorities, business needs, and barriers, all whilst establishing and consolidating a positive brand image of Accord. On a daily basis, you’ll develop and refine creative and effective marketing and account plans to implement the company sales strategy and secure customer loyalty. Working closely with the wider Sales team, you’ll regularly monitor, collect, and analyze market data to identify trends, update company databases, and prepare reports to share market intelligence, maintain current product understanding, and support customer segmentation and marketing initiatives to help build sales opportunities and ensure patients are supported effectively.

The Person
* Experience in a similar position within the pharmaceutical industry; experience of working in oncology and/or urology is essential.
* Able to learn new product information quickly to enable effective communications with different customers.
* Excellent commercial and financial acumen, with good strategic, analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills.
* Strong communication skills (written and spoken), confident building relationships at all levels, utilizing influencing and persuasion skills and navigating cultural differences.
* Exceptional customer focus – dedicated to meeting expectations of customers and able to build effective internal and external networks with key stakeholders to support sales activities.
* Team player who can see the big picture, but also comfortable working on own initiative.
* Good project management skills – able to manage multiple workstreams to meet deadlines and maintain an eye for detail, even in a complex and fast-paced working environment.
* Takes a proactive approach to work, develops creative/innovative sales strategies, and can work flexibly around changing priorities and market conditions.
* Degree-level qualification beneficial.
* High level of written and spoken English desirable.
