The ideal candidate will take full responsibility for driving operational excellence, managing the team, and ensuring the smooth and profitable functioning of both the interior design studio and retail business.This role is pivotal in the future development of Sandon and will involve close collaboration with the CEO and other senior leaders of the Antima Group.Key Responsibilities:Operational Oversight: Manage and optimize daily operations across both the design studio and the furniture retail division.Financial and Administrative Management: Oversee budgeting, financial controls, cost tracking, and ensure alignment with the financial strategy set in collaboration with the CFO.Team Leadership: Lead a multidisciplinary team (designers, sales, back-office), encouraging a collaborative, motivated, and accountable work environment.Strategic Execution: Translate company vision into actionable strategies that align with Sandon’s long-term goals.Process Improvement: Identify and implement improvements in logistics, customer experience, stock management, and operational efficiency.Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Coordinate with other Antima departments and external partners to streamline business operations.Customer-Centric Focus: Ensure high standards in customer service and satisfaction, aligning with the brand’s premium positioning.Key Qualifications:Minimum 5 years of proven experience in a similar senior operational or general management role.Strong financial and accounting literacy, with the ability to oversee budgets, review financial reports, and work closely with accountacy team and CFO.Demonstrated ability to manage multidisciplinary teams, drive performance, and cultivate a positive organizational culture.Proven experience in improving operational workflows and business efficiency.Excellent organizational and leadership skills, with a hands-on and solution-driven mindset.Experience in interior design, luxury retail, or lifestyle brands is highly desirable.Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Management, or a related field.
