We are looking for an experienced Customer Engagement Specialist with extensive knowledge of Dynamics 365 (Customer Service, Field Services, Sales, and Marketing - optional). In this role, you will interact with clients during demos, analysis, configurations, training sessions, and support activities, ensuring clear communication with both customers and technical teams.Key Responsibilities:Conduct demos, gather requirements, and provide analysis and configuration support for Dynamics 365 modules, especially in Customer Service and Field Services.Assist in training sessions and deliver support to clients, ensuring they are comfortable with the platform.Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless solution delivery and customer satisfaction.Create and maintain detailed documentation for customers and internal teams.Develop and use basic Power Apps and Power Automate solutions (optional).Requirements:Strong experience and knowledge in Customer Engagement (Dynamics 365 modules: Customer Service, Field Services, Sales, and Marketing).Ability to interact confidently with clients, providing demos, conducting analyses, and offering training and support.Knowledge of Power Apps and Power Automate development (basic knowledge is a plus).Intermediate/Advanced English skills to engage in conversations with international clients (desirable).Nice to Have:Familiarity with additional Dynamics 365 modules or other Microsoft technologies.Location: This position is based in Madrid/Barcelona office with an hybrid model.
