What you will do in this role
As a Customer Service Representative, you will:
1. Answer questions and help eCommerce customers by phone and chat regarding online orders and deliveries.
2. Handle calls that are not answered by stores and submit customer inquiries via CRM systems.
3. Focus on providing good customer experiences in every contact, including continuous improvement of customer satisfaction.
4. Follow the processes and procedures created for the project.
5. Have the opportunity to handle inquiries via social media and email in the future.
6. Be on-site in a timely manner, ready to start work at the agreed time.
7. Work collaboratively as a group to achieve set goals.

Your qualifications

1. Are bilingual or proficient in Norwegian with advanced English.
2. Are adaptable, customer-focused, and able to learn tasks and processes.
3. Are energetic with well-developed communication skills.
4. Have excellent time management skills.
5. Have good computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft and the Internet.
