We are currently looking for a HEAD OF FINANCE
Mission: Reporting to the Corporate Director, she/he will be responsible for an 11-person team. Her/his main mission will be to manage and supervise the economic resources of the company to ensure optimal conditions of cost, cash flow, profitability, and safety.
She/he will lead, coordinate, and motivate all the finance department and organize workflows for the rest of the departments.
Additionally, she/he will support the Executive Committee in all financial aspects.
Responsibilities & Duties:
* Lead the month-end close process, including consolidation of subsidiaries, constantly reviewing procedures while eliminating inefficiencies.
* Manage the preparation of the Audit financial statements, ensuring completeness, timeliness, and accuracy of all financial reporting while building up reporting capabilities to cover new business needs.
* Manage and be accountable for the Company’s cash flow and Treasury.
* Support in the preparation of yearly budgets and quarterly forecasts.
* Continuously propose and manage the most up-to-date tools and processes for recording transactions and tracking finance performance.
* Monitor KPIs (EBITDA, efficiency ratios) and highlight opportunities and potential threats.
* Ensure the accomplishment of all fiscal requirements.

Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
* 4-5 years of experience in a senior financial managerial position.
* Experience in Audit is desired.
* High level of English.
* High level of Excel.
* Leadership & teamwork skills.
* Flexibility and adaptability.
* Criterion, autonomy, and detail-oriented.
* Initiative and proactivity.
* Experience in One Stream.
* Experience in Dynamics 365 Business Central.
