The Site Administrator Workplace is responsible for managing and supporting Microsoft-based workplace environments within a designated site cluster. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of the solutions used by employees to ensure their efficient and effective use in daily operations. As the primary point of contact, the Site Administrator must demonstrate a strong service-oriented approach and be readily available to assist. Reporting to the Team Lead Workplace in the Business Solutions department, the Site Administrator Workplace is key to fostering effective collaboration between Corporate IT and on-site teams.
This role is fully on site in La Zaida, Spain.
Your Tasks
* User Support & Consultation – Act as the primary contact for workplace-related assistance, providing hands-on support for hardware and software issues.
* Technical Expertise – Maintain up-to-date knowledge of workplace solutions (e.g., Microsoft, Apple) to effectively assist users.
* Training & Onboarding – Organise and deliver training sessions, ensuring smooth onboarding for new employees.
* Inventory Management – Oversee hardware and software inventory within the Product Portfolio Management.
* Feedback & Improvement – Collect user feedback and collaborate with the Business Analyst to enhance workplace solutions and services.
Your Profile
* Completed training as an IT specialist or a comparable qualification
* Independent and service-oriented way of working
* Fluent in Spanish and English
* Extensive experience in a similar position
* Open, communicative personality with a passion for advising users
