Responsibilities:
1. Act as a liaison between Zoho and its channel partners, building, maintaining, and managing long-term relationships with current and prospective partners for the assigned territory.
2. Play a vital role in the revenue growth of Zoho’s channel partner organizations, serving as the key point of contact for channel partners and distributing Zoho’s sales and technical resources to help partners grow revenue.
3. Understand the partner’s business and help to overcome any pain points in selling and implementation.
4. Provide responses to partners’ inquiries and troubleshoot support issues.
5. Track business goals and revenue metrics for each partner.
Requirements
1. Knowledge of sales and a passion for technology; desire to learn, understand, and solve the partner's needs.
2. Channel Management and Sales experience with cloud business software, preferably in an international setup.
3. Excellent verbal and communication skills; this role involves daily video calls, meetings, and following up with partners and internal stakeholders on a variety of topics.
4. Fluency in English and one or more CEE languages is mandatory for this role.
5. Due to travel requirements domestically and internationally, candidates should hold a valid driver's license and have the legal right to live, work, and travel freely across the EU.
