Multimedia Brand Manager (ON + OFF / beauty & luxury)

As an Account Manager, you will be part of the Account Management team providing service to a leading beauty & luxury company worldwide. Your role will be the main project management contact on the client team, managing activities and projects from a coordination standpoint. Your responsibility will be to supervise all ongoing client projects at the agency and coordinate with other internal teams and departments including Creative, Production, Strategic Planning, Media, and external suppliers.
Building strong relationships with clients and other external partners is an important part of this role, as well as the capability to fit in quickly and work well in collaborative environments. You will report to an Account Director who will be the lead on the account, while you drive the advancement of projects and campaigns. You may manage a team of Account Executives to support you on execution.
How you’d spend your day:
* Establishing a direct relationship with the client's marketing team and agency internal departments.
* Coordinating internal departments and sometimes outside suppliers.
* Preparing best-in-class media plans, both digital and offline.
* Managing, coordinating, and being responsible for the advancement of multiple media campaigns.
* Successfully managing a team of Account Executives.
* Ensuring timely delivery of campaigns and coordinating production and delivery of On/Offline media campaigns.
* Being a point of contact for knowledge on the client/brand.
* Preparing and organizing client progress meetings and presentations, and carrying out business reviews.
* Providing a strategic point of view on client business, category, and market.
Qualifications:
* 4 years of experience managing advertising clients with a clear client orientation within media campaign workflow.
* Both client management and media planning experience on a multimedia basis.
* Effective time-management, impeccable organization, and flexibility to adapt quickly to changes.
* Good knowledge of the digital communication environment.
* Good people and communication skills, dynamic, flexible, and proactive.
* Strong problem-solving skills, growth mindset, and openness to new ideas and change.
We think you’re awesome if you:
* Have a B2 level of English or above.
* Possess a high level of proficiency in Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Have a strong interest and passion for Marketing and brand communications.
* Have previous experience as a Media Planner (digital, offline, or both).
* Are familiar with main media tools: Google Analytics, Kantar, Infoadex, etc.
