That's why we're looking to recruit an outstanding Project Manager to join the Customer Success Team.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing CS department projects: identifying objectives, completing work plans, and monitoring them.
Your Key Responsibilities
* Responsible for Customer Success projects, adding value to every interaction, from onboarding to renewals, retentions, cross-sell, etc...
* Identify growth opportunities and optimize existing and potential channels.
* Develop customized strategies adapted to each client and context, responding to the client's business objectives.
* Work with the product team to adapt the product to the customer's needs.
* Ensure the projects are implemented within contractual obligations and regulatory requirements
* Prioritizing and managing team tasks to ensure client commitments are met.
* Build strong relationships with stakeholders and focus on their satisfaction to manage the customer relationship.
* Analyze customer adoption and usage of the product and offer strategic advice on maximizing and increasing results by utilizing the solution effectively.
* Establish and monitor business KPIs using the appropriate tools for proper measurement.
* Achieving established goals through continuous optimization of results.
* Develop dashboards for analyzing and interpreting results.
Required Skills and Experience
* Experience working as a Project Manager for at least 3 years in software development and/or solution deployment projects.
* Previous experience in customer experience/success or equivalent.
* Professional level in French, English and Spanish.
* Able to meet deadlines and tasks effectively.
