A leading international provider of high-end architectural lighting solutions, is seeking an experienced Export Manager to lead and expand our presence in the Latin American (LATAM) markets. Based in Barcelona, the Export Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to grow sales, establish key partnerships, and represent the brand in LATAM. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in export management, a deep understanding of specification based sales and a passion for delivering innovative lighting solutions. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and implement an export strategy tailored to the LATAM region, aligning with overall sales objectives and growth targets. • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities by building and maintaining strong relationships with distributors, partners, architects, and key stakeholders in the LATAM region. • Lead negotiations for contracts, distribution agreements, and commercial partnerships to expand market share. • Provide technical support and expertise on product portfolio to partners and clients in the LATAM region. • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and the successful execution of projects. • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regional regulations to adapt business strategies accordingly. • Manage the sales pipeline and regularly report on performance, opportunities, and challenges to senior management. • Represent at key industry events, trade shows, and client meetings, promoting the company’s innovative lighting solutions and fostering long-term business relationships. Requirements: • Minimum of 5 years of experience in export management or sales within the lighting, architecture, or design industries, with a strong focus on the LATAM region. • Proven track record of managing distribution networks and driving sales growth in international markets. • Knowledge of architectural lighting solutions or technical products is highly preferred. • Fluent in Spanish and English; Portuguese is a plus. • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multicultural environment. • Willingness to travel frequently across the LATAM region.
