International Sales Manager for Fiber Product Group
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Sales Manager to join our team in the Pulp & Paper Business Area. The scope of the post is Iberia, so the location is open to the same region.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and service your assigned territory, ensuring customer satisfaction and growth.
* Research and understand customers' needs, addressing challenges with effective solutions.
* Build and maintain strong relationships by visiting customers and prospects, following up on leads, providing technical information, and closing sales opportunities.
* Achieve and exceed established sales targets.
* Deliver professional sales presentations to diverse audiences.
* Stay updated on industry trends and technical developments to effectively serve target markets.
* Lead negotiations and contract conclusions with professionalism and precision.
* Engage in marketing and sales activities, fostering long-term customer relationships.
* Prepare and present monthly and quarterly reports.
* Monitor customer, competitor, and supplier activities within your region to stay ahead.
Requirements:
* A technical university degree and/or a background in paper technology, or relevant professional experience in pulp and paper technology.
* Strong command of English; additional language skills are a plus.
* Proven sales experience with excellent communication skills in both technical and business contexts.
* Goal-oriented with strong decision-making abilities.
* In-depth product knowledge and adaptability to technical nuances.
* Resilient, flexible, and reliable with a proactive, analytical, and independent problem-solving approach.
* Open to feedback, able to manage conflicts constructively, and skilled in teamwork.
* Willingness to travel internationally.
