Requirements
* No less than 5 years of experience in HR leadership across multiple locations, effectively supporting diverse teams including office staff, field personnel, distribution, and manufacturing workers.
* Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence decisions and resolve conflicts effectively.
* A collaborative strategist who is both proactive and hands-on, demonstrating confidence and adaptability in a multinational, matrixed environment focused on change management and ongoing growth.
