We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Account Manager to join our team, covering Southern Europe. This role is a critical part of our growth strategy within the diabetes care sector, with a dedicated focus on Continuous Glucose Monitoring (CGM) technology.
About the Role:
As the Account Manager for Southern Europe, you will be responsible for driving sales, developing strategic partnerships, and supporting healthcare professionals in the diabetes care space. This position is exclusively focused on individuals with proven experience in the CGM market.
Please note: Only candidates with existing experience in the CGM sector will be considered. Applications from individuals outside of the diabetes technology market, or those with BGM-only backgrounds, will not be progressed.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and develop key customer relationships within the diabetes care sector.
* Drive commercial growth and market share for our CGM portfolio.
* Collaborate closely with healthcare providers, diabetes specialists, and relevant stakeholders.
* Execute regional sales strategies aligned with global objectives.
* Provide product expertise, training, and support for CGM technology.
* Act as a market expert, identifying opportunities and navigating the evolving landscape of diabetes care.
Requirements:
* Demonstrated experience operating within the CGM market.
* Strong network and relationships within the diabetes care sector in Southern Europe.
* Understanding of the competitive landscape of CGM technology.
* Proven track record in account management, sales, or commercial roles within diabetes technology.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
* Based in Southern Europe with willingness to travel regionally as required.
