About the Role:
We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our FP&A (Technical Implementation) team! This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the fast-paced world of financial technology and contribute to the success of our global customers.
As an intern, you'll play a crucial role in supporting the team to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new clients, helping them unlock the full potential of our innovative FP&A platform. You'll work closely with experienced team members, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and develop valuable skills in client support, technical implementation, and problem-solving.
This is an internship with a duration of a min. of 3 months, up to 6 months is preferred. You must be able to provide an internship agreement with your University.
Responsibilities:
Client Onboarding Support:
* Assist the team in the integration of new clients' data and systems into the Abacum platform.
Technical Implementation & Problem Solving:
* Assist the team in the integration of new clients' data and systems into the Abacum platform.
* Help resolve complex issues related to our FP&A software.
* Develop a deep understanding of the Abacum product to provide effective user guidance and training.
Collaboration & Innovation:
* Collaborate with the wider FP&A, Engineering and Product teams to brainstorm and contribute to the development of innovative new features.
Customer Support & Guidance:
* Support the team in providing exceptional customer support by helping to solve complex issues relating to our software and guiding clients to maximize the potential of our product
* Work with team members to provide global support, adapting to the diverse needs of our international customer base.
* Support the team in onboarding, training, and empowering clients to become Abacum experts.

Qualifications:
* Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Finance, Business, Technology, or a related field. Able to provide a valid internship agreement through your University
* Ideally already based in Barcelona
* Strong interest in financial technology and data analysis.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
* Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
* Ability to work in a team environment.
* Fluency in English. Other languages are a plus.
