Camelia Beauty is a beauty start up that was created 10 years ago and is the parent company of the independent beauty brand Le Mini Macaron (LMM).
Originally famous for our mini gel manicure kit, the LMM brand today encompasses an assortment of creative nail, hand, and foot products that bring color and care to beauty lovers worldwide. We are a young, dynamic, and international company with team members from all over the world. Le Mini Macaron is sold globally in retailers like Sephora, ULTA, Target, ASOS, Zalando, Douglas, Primor and more. Our brand has been featured in such leading media as Elle, Marie Claire, Cosmopolitan, Glamour, Teen Vogue, Allure, and many others.

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced, dynamic, and results oriented Senior Manager Brand & Communications with extensive experience in crafting and executing strategic marketing initiatives in the US market. Proven track record of driving brand growth through innovative marketing strategies, and keen market insights. Adept at leading cross functional teams, leveraging data driven insights, and ensuring brand communication resonates effectively with local audiences.
Your role is crucial in navigating our brand through the dynamic US market, requiring a blend of strategic foresight, creative thinking, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Support Global Marketing Director in executing the global strategic roadmap
2. Oversee a team of 4 5 marketers (including 3 direct reports) showcasing leadership skills.
3. Lead the communications strategy and 360 marketing plan for the US market (PR, influencer, social media, email/SMS, brand partnerships, and more). Create consumer first programs to activate the market. Special emphasis on dynamic, fresh ideas. Not afraid to test and learn.
4. Ensure brand consistency and positioning across all channels while driving initiatives that resonate with the US audience.
5. Work closely with Barcelona based team, cross functional partners and retail sales team to create and deliver an omnichannel plan from concept to in market implementation. Strong focus on DTC with halo to retail sales channels.
6. Partner with high performing internal, cross functional team (Operations, Design, Product Development, Finance, Legal, Production/Logistics, and Education) to deliver across all annual plans and KPIs.
7. Develop strategic marketing briefs for creative design team for caigns, photo shoots, and activations. Work closely with Creative Director and design team to ensure final delivery of assets are on brand and on brief.
