The Production Security Services & Solutions (P3S) Coordinator works in the Production Security team, within the Swiss IT Production department.
As the P3S Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role within the team in following up on transversal business-as-usual activities. Working closely under the guidance of Production Security leaders, you will assist in coordinating activities not considered as projects, tracking progress, and ensuring tasks are completed on time.
You will manage and maintain the Production Security’s roadmap, as well as the other Production roadmaps, and keep stakeholders and Management informed about any changes to initial plans. Among your tasks, without being Project Manager, you will collect, consolidate, and follow up on the progress of various activities such as the remediation plans and associated Risk Cards, audits. Managing the obsolescence of Production Security’s components and other Production components and following up on projects listed in the roadmap will also be part of the scope.
Additionally, you will organize meetings on a regular basis, provide reporting and regular updates. In summary, this position is a transversal role that acts as a single point of contact to coordinate business-as-usual activities within the Production Security team.
The role is not subject to on-call duty.
You manage multiple assignments provided by the Head of Production Security, building the list of tasks that need to be done to achieve the objectives of the assignments. You do not complete the tasks directly, but you will ensure that they are properly assigned to the Production Security engineers.
You coordinate business-as-usual initiatives in alignment with the BNP Paribas Corporate Security policies and framework, and may use various tools to track progress or verify the results of the tasks. You track and report Cybersecurity metrics, risk, and compliance status to stakeholders.
You report progress and regular updates on your assignments, ensuring that all stakeholders know what they must do to properly deliver their tasks. You ensure that the Production processes are respected while delivering results and that deliverables meet our quality standards of Production Security.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage the Production roadmap and update it at least quarterly.
Follow up on business-as-usual activities and initiatives developed within the Production roadmap.
Follow up on Risk Cards activities: make sure that every action is well assigned and ensure that the remediation process is properly progressing.
Monitor that tasks are properly completed by stakeholders.
Report these activities on a regular basis through the appropriate channels (dashboards, meetings).
Track and manage corrective actions resulting from security audits and assessments.
When required, escalate to the Head of Production Security by providing insights for improvements.
Make sure that documentation is produced when necessary and at the expected level of quality.
May contribute to the documentation.
Report on the progress of the assignments.
When required, fill in information in the various official tools (ServiceNow, etc.).
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
Relevant Cybersecurity certifications are a plus (CISSP, CISM, Security+…).
An ITIL certification is a plus.
Experience
5+ years of experience in Cybersecurity, IT Security Operations.
