Project and Resource Manager - Pharmaceutical

We are looking for a talented Project Resource Manager to complement our team and work for our clients within the pharmaceutical industry. The ideal candidate should be able to manage creative projects from an operational point of view, including billing, invoicing, resource management, and financial assessment.
Responsibilities:
1. Act as a subject matter expert throughout the production lifecycle, alongside the Account team and client delivery managers, from requirements gathering through final delivery.
2. Work directly with internal onshore and offshore production teams to deliver commercial marketing assets, which may include websites, banner ads, emails, print collateral, and social media assets.
3. Support relevant stakeholders with regular status updates, including production milestones, risk management, and resolution.
4. Coordinate and allocate resources across multiple projects to ensure optimal utilization.
5. Maintain an up-to-date resource schedule and forecast future resource requirements.
6. Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of full-time and contract talent as needed.
7. Provide regular reports and updates on resource allocation and utilization to senior management.
8. Understand and maintain knowledge of brand and business objectives to align marketing programs with brand goals.
9. Build and maintain trusted relationships with peers and leaders, ensuring successful client partnerships.
10. Ensure operational delivery excellence and timely delivery of assets.
