Job Description
This global position requires collaboration across Marketing Communications, Business Intelligence and other Marketing departments for all business areas to support site enhancements, monitor performance, and to ensure analytics data quality to optimize the existing web strategy.
In this exciting job you will work on the following tasks:
1. MarTech Analytics (Website, PIM, DAM): Setting up the centralized tracking concept for all tires brand websites based on KPIs in Google Analytics, managing and configuring the account for all accounts and Marketing technologies (as PIM, DAM). Managing the Consent Management Tool for cookies and legal settings. Building dashboards and reports and conducting in-depth analysis to provide recommendations for improvement.
2. Marketing digital performance: Coordinating discussions and challenging actions with the markets and other stakeholders. Supporting standardization of digital marketing best practices. Delivering reports and building dashboards based on key figures to support stakeholders such as Marketing and Communications Channel Management keeping track with their digital goals.
3. Qualtrics Management (Voc & DMP): Managing our Qualtrics account. Training and supporting MarCom colleagues in their data management. Structuring and managing B2C voice of the customer to coordinate enhancements with product owners.
Qualifications
1. Academic degree in marketing, communications, computer science, or an equivalent qualification.
2. Multiple years of experience working in web analytics, online marketing or related area.
3. Experience working with large content management platforms.
4. Expert knowledge in web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, GTM).
5. Project management skills.
6. Data protection and legal knowledge.
7. Professional working proficiency in English, no other language required.
8. Open to travel up to 20%, including business trips abroad.

The role is posted as located in Madrid (Spain), but other countries could be considered.
