Job Description The HRBP for Operations at LIVE Studio will be part of Grupo Orenes'' Human Resources team, providing dedicated support to LIVE Studio Operations, established in collaboration with the online gaming service provider Evolution. The selected candidate will be responsible for the full scope of the studios HR function, ensuring the smooth operation of all HR processes, establishing the hiring process, and supporting the development of strategic action plans to enhance employee satisfaction. Additionally, this role will act as the recruitment professional responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and recommending candidates for hiring. Key Responsibilities: Work closely with business functions to provide high impact HR support throughout the employee lifecycle. Provide guidance and input on business unit restructuring, workforce planning, performance management, employee development, and succession planning. Advise on labor law and other binding regulations. Develop the studio''s recruitment strategy and manage existing company initiatives to improve candidate experience during the recruitment and onboarding process, as well as enhance talent retention. Recruit key talent for internal clients. Proactively support the delivery of HR processes to ensure sustainable outcomes based on stakeholder collaboration. Take ownership and manage cross functional HR projects. Maintain a deep understanding of legal requirements related to daily employee management, mitigating legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance. Proactively identify gaps, propose, and implement necessary changes to mitigate risks.
