Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for sales/market management for the West Europe.
1. Master the company's product knowledge, responsible for sales activity such as explore potential opportunities, business negotiation/follow up and contract processing, coordinate with Sansure and customers to achieve sales target.
2. Coordinate with Business Partners and End-users to manage national sales network and ensure customers satisfaction.
3. Organize seminar/workshop and support business partners to develop the market and maintain good relationship with partners.
4. Participate in making market survey and analysis to support sales expands.
Qualifications:
1. At least Bachelor Degree in Clinical Diagnostics, Biology, or other related major;
2. Excellent communication skills in English;
3. At least 3 year sales experiences in the IVD industry, experience in hospital laboratory diagnostics and molecular diagnosis is preferred;
4. Excellent capability in business expansion and account management;
5. Good presentation, interpersonal and negotiation skills, excellent communication skills.
