We are looking for a leader in our Global MIC department, responsible for driving strategy for prototyping and manufacturing technology innovation across COG N in our different locations.
How to contribute to our vision
1. Planning and budgeting of MIC activities for Onshore activities, ensuring cost optimal structure and optimal utilization of assets.
2. Planning and structuring of MIC Onshore location in Agreda, including facilities and staffing in the factory and laydown yard.
3. Ensures the validation of designs for testability and manufacturability, realization and optimization of manufacturing & test solutions, technologies and processes.
4. Leads and sets strategy for our MIC department, ensuring global/local presence, optimization and harmonization of processes.
5. Ensures technical inspections and investigations, for assigned technical area in production.
6. Proposes procedure advancements, develops performance improvement initiatives and implements related technical infrastructure.
7. Liaises with other engineering (TE, NPI, MSS, FOT, etc.) functions, external vendors or service providers.
8. Manages overall Design Prototype and Process Prototype phase leading to smooth and flawless ramp-up execution on our production factories.
9. Plans and executes Test Assemblies for Onshore based on feasibility and cost effectiveness together with MS and Plant Engineering Agreda.
10. Ensures process documentation and adherence, captures findings and corrections on design, process, tools, equipment and test baselines for handing over to serial production.
11. Manages Agreda organizational setup for MIC and leads and/or coordinates dedicated Management, Professionals and staff.
What you need to make a difference
1. Master's degree/ Technical studies - Industrial Engineering.
2. Change management knowledge for alignment of the organization in future adjustments.
3. People management - leadership experience and knowledge, have the ability to cooperate in a global perspective sharing best practices and enabling each other in order to improve globally.
4. Program Management Professional (PgMP) certification would be a plus.
5. Knowledge of SGRE manufacturing relevant processes is a must.
6. Strategic capabilities and ability to prioritize and plan for the future.
7. Multi-cultural skills as this organization is global and will have employees in many different countries and nationalities.
8. Structured and organized, key for the position is to keep a clear and disciplined methodology across locations.
