For more information, visit seeking a highly motivated Global Campaigns Manager to lead the end-to-end development and execution of strategic marketing campaigns that showcase our Source-to-Pay and procurement solutions across multiple global markets.
This role drives new logo acquisition and brand awareness by orchestrating integrated global campaigns from conception to execution. The role involves designing and executing webinars alongside content team creation of campaign assets like blogs and ebooks.
You'll develop and activate campaign messaging across digital channels with our paid media manager, while partnering with growth marketing managers on regional localization and translations.
Working with customer and partner marketing teams, you'll develop strategic initiatives and execute joint marketing activities. Additionally, you'll oversee landing pages and content deployment in collaboration with the web team.
You'll collaborate with sales, product marketing, operations, customer marketing, partner marketing, and growth marketing teams to ensure campaigns are well-integrated and effectively communicated.
This position requires an analytical mindset to identify market opportunities, measure campaign performance, and iterate on strategies for success.
Through data-driven, multi-channel marketing initiatives, you'll be crucial in elevating JAGGAER's brand presence and driving engagement with procurement and supply chain professionals worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute global marketing campaigns that align with business objectives, focusing on key industries such as manufacturing, regulated industries, and higher education.
Work with internal SMEs, product and content teams to create strategic campaign messaging.
Plan and execute global webinars for each campaign.
Work with the content team to create targeted campaign assets and materials.
Coordinate with creative teams to produce engaging campaign materials, including digital content, social media, and advertisements.
Bridge corporate and regional teams, providing clear communication for campaign execution.
Lead translation and localization processes to ensure campaigns resonate with diverse global audiences.
Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics, making data-driven adjustments as needed.
Manage campaign budgets, timelines, and resources to maximize ROI.
Analyze market trends and customer insights to inform campaign strategies.
Foster collaboration across Sales, Content, Partner, Graphic Design, Growth, Operations, Product Marketing and other departments.
Required Qualifications:
Core Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
4-6 years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in procurement technology or enterprise software.
Experience in cross-cultural and cross-functional communication and global markets.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Salesforce, Pardot, Webex, and other MarTech tools preferred.
Demonstrated ability to interpret data and identify trends.
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
Professional Skills:
Strong project management skills with ability to work independently.
Exceptional communication skills with fluency in English.
Experience in managing multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
Highly motivated and results-driven in fast-paced environments.
Industry Knowledge (Preferred): Experience in manufacturing, regulated industries, public sector, and higher education markets.
Understanding of procurement, supply chain, or Source-to-Pay solutions.
