What will you do?
To make sure that your team members develop and transform themselves so that we guarantee that we lead the market thanks to leading the transformation of the customers assigned to your team as account owners. That development must be based on ensuring the team maximizes its efficiency by using all digital tools and means to carry on their day-to-day job, planning their job, prioritizing the important tasks, and focusing on them. They must update their narrative and adopt and deploy the value proposition for the customers under their responsibility, evolving their mindset to align with the company mission and values.
You must coach your team both in internal meetings and by accompanying them to customer visits. You should have a deep knowledge of the business and customer ecosystem of your region to guarantee that we keep increasing our market share by covering the right customers through dynamic platforming. You must also have a deep knowledge of our competitors' activities and report them so that we can adapt our plans when needed.
Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction under your responsibility by closely following customer evolution and leveraging conclusions from satisfaction surveys (NSS and CNPS). Support your team in deciding the right pricing and commercial strategy for each deal, according to the company Commercial Policy and strategy. Make sure that your team reports the percentage of their commercial activity in the company CRM. Ensure that the sales team acts as a hinge between the Sales Force and Product, Solutions & Services activities to guarantee good customer service.
