Is this the role for you: The coordinator role will support the International Content Partnerships team in its efforts to expand and distribute the daily workload.
This person will serve a key role in the maintenance of information distributed to other Pluto teams for all the international territories.
What will you be doing? Internally handle and track all key deal points from content agreements including business terms, payment schedules and additional rights and obligations.
Report every quarter revenue installment to the content partners.
Handle the payments process in order to achieve the payment schedules from the contract.
Collaborate with the Finance team, Tax team & PTP team in the payment's workflow.
Partnering with finance to develop and improve payouts calculations and processes taking input from multiple teams.
Work together with the BI team for improving the customer service given to the partners.
Coordinate and communicate optimally with Sales, BI and strategy teams.
Facilitate and own process of client-facing deck development, mainly assisting partners in the registration process through Graphite.
Manage and follow-up on tasks and priorities with our business partner.
Provide content information to various Pluto/Paramount teams for the creation of internal and external presentations.
Support the partnerships team with the day-to-day workload as the platform is launched in additional territories.
Proactively identify and/or leverage issues that could improve or hurt the relationship with the partners.
Building trackers and crafting analysis for optimizing the business KPI´s.
Maintain, develop and update the client tracking documents, including status reports, business overviews and custom recaps.
Support and lead the execution of the cross-portfolio partnerships.
What are we looking for? Spanish and English required. Other EU languages is a plus.
2+ years of relevant experience in the entertainment industry and/or online media and/or similar.
Bachelor's degree is preferred.
Interpersonal skills and ability to interact and work with staff at all levels.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to pay attention to details and be organized.
Ability to project integrity over the phone and in person.
Able to balance multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to take initiative and offer solutions when situations arise.
Spelling, grammar, proofreading and editing skills.
Resilience and 'can do' attitude is a requirement.
Ability to work independently, while supporting a team that is in multiple locations.
Interested in content (movies, series, factual, lifestyle, news, kids, music, sports).
Knowledge of MS-Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Teams).
Knowledge of G-Suite (Google Docs and Sheets).
Knowledge in Ariba, SAP, AirTable, Tableau, Graphite, Jira are a plus.
