Position Overview :
The Marketing Specialist will support the Undergraduate Candidate Engagement & Funnel Optimization Manager in optimizing marketing strategies for undergraduate programs. This role requires a multitasker with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing data analysis, campaign execution, content strategy, and cross-department collaboration to enhance student engagement, conversion, and retention.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Undergraduate Candidate Engagement & Funnel Optimization Management: Assist in analyzing and optimizing all stages of the undergraduate marketing funnel (awareness, consideration, conversion, retention). Implement lead generation and nurturing strategies using CRM and automation tools.
2. Data Analysis & Reporting: Monitor and analyze funnel performance to identify and activate improvements. Generate reports with actionable insights to refine strategies and maximize conversion.
3. Cross-Department Collaboration: Work with Alumni, Student Services, and Financial Aid teams to ensure a seamless student journey. Align marketing efforts with institutional goals.
4. Content Strategy & Commercial Materials Across the Student Journey: Collaborate with Global Markets, Student Services, Admissions, Careers, and other teams to develop content strategies that support candidates in their decision-making process. Create promotional materials, fair collateral, and creative content for international markets, including student portals and external media strategy across regions.
5. Campaign Execution: Plan and manage undergraduate marketing campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with broader strategies. Oversee daily campaign operations.
6. Student Retention & Engagement: Support initiatives to enhance retention through feedback collection, engagement programs, and student experience improvements.
7. Innovation & Adaptation: Stay updated on trends in student behavior and marketing technology, suggesting new tactics to optimize the funnel.
Requirements: Qualifications :
1. Master’s degree from a top university in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
2. 3+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in higher education or a related industry.
3. Strong analytical skills and experience with market research and data analysis.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Experience in developing and executing strategic marketing plans.
6. Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
7. Strong project management skills.
8. Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
