You drive book sales growth by interacting with clients primarily through email, phone, and virtual meetings. You identify sales opportunities, manage accounts, and ensure compliance throughout the process. You provide insights, maintain accurate records, and deliver exceptional service to clients.
Responsibilities
* Identifying and prioritizing sales opportunities for book sales, using data and insights to drive growth;
* Maintaining regular communication with clients via email, phone, and Teams, ensuring solid relationship management;
* Ensuring compliance with company policies and due diligence in all client interactions;
* Providing accurate sales forecasts and performance reports to align with business targets;
* Utilizing Excel and CRM systems to track client interactions and maintain accurate data;
* Collaborating with internal teams, such as customer services, marketing, and credit control, to ensure seamless sales operations;
* Handling complex client correspondence with precision and timeliness.
Requirements
* Be fluent in Arabic and English;
* Have experience in inside sales, account management, or a similar role;
* Demonstrate decision-making abilities, especially in managing client communications;
* Be proficient in Excel and CRM systems with solid analytical skills;
* Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, to manage client relationships;
* Manage compliance and observe due diligence in the territory;
* Thrive in a dynamic, detail-oriented environment.
