đ What Youâll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities)

Financial Oversight â Manage and maintain the company's financial health by overseeing accounts, cash flow, and reconciliation.

Bookkeeping & Reporting â Keep accurate financial records, ensuring all transactions are properly classified and reported.

Cost Control & Profitability â Analyze expenses and identify ways to optimize margins, reduce costs, and increase profitability.
â
Tax Compliance & Regulations â Ensure compliance with tax laws, filing deadlines, and financial regulations across different regions.
â
E-commerce Financial Management â Handle Amazon, Shopify, and other e-commerce platform transactions, including revenue tracking, chargebacks, and cost analysis.
â
Budgeting & Forecasting â Assist leadership in financial planning, setting budgets, and creating accurate forecasts based on data-driven insights.
â
Accounts Payable & Receivable â Manage vendor payments, invoices, and supplier relationships, ensuring smooth financial transactions.
â
Financial Strategy â Work closely with the executive team to provide financial insights that help guide business decisions and fuel growth.
â
Auditing & Internal Controls â Establish strong financial controls and procedures to safeguard company assets.
đ What You Bring to the Table (Qualifications & Requirements)

Experience: 3+ years in accounting, finance, or a similar role (preferably in e-commerce, retail, or consumer goods).
â
E-commerce Knowledge: Experience with Amazon FBA, Shopify, and digital payment platforms is a big plus.
â
Technical Expertise: Proficiency in QuickBooks, Xero, or other accounting software; strong Excel/Google Sheets skills.

Tax & Compliance Knowledge: Familiarity with sales tax, VAT, and international financial regulations.

Detail-Oriented & Analytical: Ability to analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide insights.
