We are looking for a Sales Trainer for one of our clients. In this role, you will enhance, design, deliver, and continuously improve training programs aimed at enhancing the skills and performance of our sales team. You will play a critical role in onboarding new hires, upskilling existing team members, and ensuring alignment with best practices and business goals.
The ideal candidate is an engaging communicator, results-driven, and has a deep understanding of SMB sales and the digital advertising landscape.
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Training Program Development and Delivery:
o Design and implement comprehensive sales training programs tailored to SMB ad-sales, including onboarding, role-specific training, and advanced skill development.
o Conduct live and virtual training sessions, workshops, and one-on-one coaching to address knowledge gaps and foster sales excellence.
2. Content Creation: Develop training materials, such as presentations, playbooks, role-play scenarios, and e-learning modules, customized for high-velocity sales environments.
3. Onboarding: Create and manage an engaging onboarding program for new hires, ensuring they are equipped to contribute effectively within their first 30-60 and 90 days.
o Provide hands-on support during the initial weeks to build confidence and capability in selling ad solutions to SMB clients.
4. Performance Monitoring and Feedback: Collaborate with sales leadership to identify performance gaps and design targeted training interventions.
5. Skill Development and Upskilling: Introduce advanced sales techniques, objection handling, and negotiation strategies to boost individual and team performance.
Requirements:
* 2+ years’ experience conducting and running trainings for digital sales teams.
* Experience as a seller in a digital sales environment preferred.
* Fluent in English (team business language).
Valuable:
* Fluency in multiple European languages highly desirable.
