What's Your Mission?
As a Commercial Assistant, your mission will be to enhance the efficiency of our sales operations by supporting administrative and commercial processes. You will play a key role in enabling our Commercial Director to focus on strategic growth, while ensuring smooth coordination across teams and delivering exceptional service to our clients.
What Will You Do?
* Coordinate Key Proposals : Craft, review, and manage commercial offers, collaborating with the sales team to deliver high-quality, timely proposals.
* Client Engagement : Maintain proactive communication with clients, ensuring rapid and accurate responses to inquiries and follow-ups.
* Optimize Operations : Liaise with the administration team to streamline orders and invoicing, while aligning with consulting teams on technical aspects of proposals.
* Strategic Support : Organize the agenda and meetings of the Commercial Director, including during international travel.
* Data-Driven Insights : Prepare detailed reports, analyze sales KPIs, and create impactful presentations for leadership discussions.
* Event Collaboration : Partner with marketing to execute successful campaigns, fairs, and other promotional activities.
What Do You Need to Succeed?
* Languages : Fluency in Spanish and English is essential. Knowledge of French or Arabic is a plus.
* Technical Skills : Mastery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales and office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Familiarity with CRM platforms is highly desirable.
* Experience : At least 3 years in administrative and commercial roles.
* Personal Traits : You are organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and a strong communicator with excellent written skills. It will be valued if the candidate has previous experience working in software or technology companies.

Employee Benefits :
