As the Corporate Payment Sales Head, you will be leading a team of Payment Sales Managers (PSM) and also covering as an individual contributor for a broad range of our key corporate clients including Iberia HQ names as well as the subsidiaries of North America/EMEA/LATAM/Asia Multinational Corporations operating in Iberia. We are looking for an exceptional individual with the ability to grow our footprint and ensure we continue to deliver a best-in-class service on behalf of our clients.Responsible for Iberia Payments Corporate and eCommerce Sales team, you will primarily be responsible for growing and developing our treasury services, merchant services, and trade business with existing and prospective clients to provide innovative and transformative solutions to our clients to better manage their treasury operations and working capital. You and your team are expected to build pipeline and achieve new business sales goals through effective account planning, strong relationships, and implementation of sophisticated selling strategies.As the Iberia Payments Country Head, the individual will have the overall responsibility for managing the Payments franchise for Spain and Portugal. This includes, but is not limited to, representation of the business internal and external, interaction with regulators and external authorities, execution of the business strategy, ownership of local P&L, governance, risk & control, issue resolution & escalation, staffing, and emphasizing good culture & conduct.Responsibilities:As Corporate Sales Head:Responsible for developing the strategy and driving the growth for the Payments business and expanding the relationship with our Corporate clients in Iberia.Sales of the entire Payments product suite/solution, including treasury services which covers core cash clearing, liquidity management, and foreign exchange solutions; merchant services, and trade & working capital.Partner closely with HQ, regional, and country PSM teams to drive efforts to expand existing business with current clients and proactively identify and align target prospective clients on delivering new Payments revenue.Understand the unique challenges and requirements in the industry/client segment and partner with internal stakeholders in the development, implementation, and delivery of complex products and solutions.Build trusted, long-term Payments business relationships by taking a holistic and forward-looking view on our relationships, and identifying ways to help clients achieve their most important business/treasury objectives.Engage clients at strategic levels to provide integrated treasury solutions within a consultative and client-driven framework.Partnership with the Bankers in key account planning, including setting and implementing the account strategies and supporting the Bankers in client onboarding from Payments product aspects.
