The project!
To assist in the alignment of the product line plan vision and the global line planning process in order to achieve or exceed annual financial goals. The Retail Merchandising Specialist must ensure that the line plan addresses a global brand vision while at the same time meets regional needs.
What will the role entail?
Sales and inventory analysis
1. Weekly reporting on the sales and stocks of the stores.
2. Analysis and communication of the main performance indicators, best-sellers and slow-sellers, coverage rate.
3. Preparation of weekly reviews with Area Managers and Visual Merchandisers to analyse results, implement corrective actions and anticipate major retail periods.
4. Regular exchanges with the different interlocutors (stores, Area Managers, and Visual Merchandisers).
5. Recommend transfers, highlight stock-outs/overstocks, and implement these actions with the Retail team.
Operational management of supply
1. Allocation of purchases by store according to the analyses made and feedback from the field.
2. Definition of the delivery schedule and timing of the initial order according to the objectives and in order to have an optimal management of the stocks in store.
3. Management of supply and restocking during the season: management, tools, ordering, delivery, analysis.
4. Steering the assortment of the permanent line in collaboration with the purchasing team: evaluation of the optimal stock and the minimums of implementation.
Support to purchasing
1. Seasonal reports on the network's product performance - Gathering of feedback from boutiques on quality and quantities received.
2. Support to Retail Buyers during the purchasing period.
3. Participation in Pre-buy Meetings and animation on the stock/performance part.

4. Strong decision-making and interpersonal skills.
5. Expertise in the Office pack and specially of Excel that you will use on a daily basis.
6. Be creative: challenge the current model and propose strategies and methodologies to improve.
What do we expect from you?
1. University Degree in Business Administration and Management or a related discipline.
2. Experience as a Merchandiser, Stock Manager or Retail Business Analyst.
3. English level C1 and French desirable.
4. Pronounced synthetic, analytic & data mindset and a technical and business vision of the activity.
