Nuestro cliente es una importante multinacional retailer líder en perfumería y cosmética selectiva, con un número importante de puntos de venta entre España y Portugal. Buscamos una persona de entre 3 y 6 años en posición similar en entorno multinacional, habituada a un entorno dinámico en donde se interactúa con diferentes stakeholders, con grandes dotes de comunicación ya que se negocia mucho directamente a nivel local con las marcas selectivas como Dior, Chanel etc., siendo esta persona capaz de desbloquear situaciones y sacar adelante lanzamientos. Idealmente debe tener experiencia en Fragrance pero no es necesario si es capaz de aprender y le gusta la categoría. Se ofrece incorporarse a un equipo muy dinámico en constante crecimiento y posibilidades de desarrollo profesional dentro de una empresa líder del mercado retail cosmética y perfumería.
MISSION
To draw and implement the company Iberia´s offer strategy; according to the global company strategy, the brand's objectives and our client's satisfaction. To contribute to the achievement of sales and rentability targets, always proposing disruptive actions to differentiate ourselves from competition at product and animation level. To define the marketing strategy for each category and market, ensure it's development in all aspects of the offer: assortment, merchandising, promotion, communication and pricing.
FUNCTIONS
To ensure a fruitful collaboration between Catman / Nego team / Supply/ Marketing, both at country and Central level. To define, analyse and track the KPIs of the category, ensuring rentability. To develop action plans to achieve sales & rentability targets aligned with the company global strategy. To supervise the implementation of said action plans, as well as any learnings or corrective actions that might arise from such action plans. To manage and track Trade Marketing in stores and e-store.

Rest of offer dept (Nego, Merchandising), Supply, Commercial team (Retail team, Regional directors and Stores), Digital team, Comms team (CRM, Digital, Media, Visual merchandising), EME Team (Offer, Nego, Merchandising).

EXPERIENCE/ ACADEMIC
3-6 years experience in similar role
Communication and Negotiation skills
Dynamic and problem-solving skills
C1 level ENGLISH
Portuguese is a plus
Degree Level Education
