Our client is a well-established Tech company that offers a wide range of SaaS solutions, ranging from B2B payments and e-invoicing to supply chain management for the hospitality and travel industry.
We are looking for an experienced Sales Director based in Spain with a "hunter mentality", capable of generating and closing commercial opportunities in the our travel hotel sector. You will not be alone in this mission, as many qualified leads come from the most reputable events in the industry.
Main responsibilities:
* Own the entire sales process in the DACH market - New Business Hunting
* From lead generation to contract signing, guide the implementation process and ensure the adoption of technological solutions
* Bringing innovation to life by designing and developing propositions for new business opportunities
* Serve as a liaison for customer feedback, ensuring smooth transfer to technical and implementation departments
* Design and execute impactful sales campaigns in assigned region.
* Highlight your hunter mentality and your expertise in sales and account management
Essential requirements for the position:
* Native fluency in the German language and good command of English too
* Based in Spain, preferably near Barcelona or Mallorca
* A minimum of 8 years of sales experience in the Travel or Hospitality sector
* “Hunter mentality” and solid commercial acumen
* Ability to generate, conclude and monitor complex transactions with several C-level decision-makers, over a sales duration of approximately 3-6 months
* Passionate about Technology and Innovation and eager to learn more in this field
Package includes a base salary of up to €50,000 depending on experience, as well as a 3.5% commission on all concluded transactions.
