Job Description
We are seeking an Employee Development & Management professional to join our team.
* Coordinate and supervise the daily activities of the team and prioritize tasks for completion.
* Monitor and evaluate team members, adjusting training where needed, and model the Corporation's Code of Business Ethics and Values.
* Perform general management duties, exercising usual authority concerning staff, performance appraisals, promotions, and terminations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and influence team members to partner together to achieve individual and business goals.
* Coordinate team efforts, create and manage a regional strategy and team operating plan.
Operations:
* Oversee material receipt, storage, shipping, and reporting in accordance with established procedures.
* Furnish reports to forecast estimates and schedules related to inventory, distribution, transportation, and/or production.
* Review effectiveness of operating procedures, maintenance, space utilization, and protection of equipment.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Business, or related field.
* 3+ years SML or related experience. Supervisory or Lead experience preferred.
* Proficient understanding of Supply Chain, Materials Management, and Logistics concepts.
