We are seeking a Account Executive to join a leading Edtech based in Barcelona and with clients in more than 60 countries. This is an excellent opportunity to join a Scale-up that offers an innovative learning platform with a great impact on children's learning results thanks to gamifying reading and AI.
Responsibilities:
* You will be responsible for of the whole sales funel by identifying, managing and closing sales opportunities brought by the SDR team.
* You will lead demo, follow-up, identification of stakeholders, negotiation of the deal, and finally closing the opportunity.
* You will implement proactive sales strategy to increase sales opportunities .
* You will maintain rigorous CRM tracking, (HubSpot) to ensure efficient and effective management of all opportunities.
* You will monitor the sales pipeline, including sales pipeline tracking and analysis.
* You will work closely with the Marketing and SDR team, ensuring that qualified leads convert and growth opportunities are maximised.
* You will work to targets looking to exceed expectations and contribute to the growth of the company.
Requirements:
* Experience in consultative selling with sales cycles between 3 and 5 months.
* 1+ year of experience in sales teams:
negotiation, lead follow-up, closing, etc.
* Native level of Spanish and Catalan.
* Proactivity to look for related opportunities beyond those received by the SDR team.
* Ability to conduct online demos and a proven track record of exceeding targets.
* Knowledge in Hubspot or similar CRM platforms.
* You are analytical, communicative, social and able to prioritize and focus on results.
