Application developer HR. Manage HR applications on SF in response to specific requests, provide technical support to our business in analyzing customer requirements and developing SF HR solutions.
Responsibilities
* Responsible for Success Factors - Employee Central implementation inside organization.
* Manage the HR applications around SuccessFactors with the responsibility of change, test, release and lifecycle management.
* Support our business in analyzing customer requirements and developing SuccessFactors HR solutions.
* Maintain, optimize and develop our SuccessFactors solutions further.
* Create function descriptions for the development and customize settings by yourself, as a part of projects.
* Prepare, plan, develop and realize adjustments and projects in the global SuccessFactors environment.
* Take over management tasks in subproject and project management of global and regional HR IT projects.
* Manage ongoing relationships with customers to drive satisfaction with our HR applications.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree / Technical Education in IT business administration, business informatics or comparable education.
* Senior experience of 3 to 5 years as IT consultant for HR apps, managing SuccessFactors (deep experience in SF).
* Experience in SF implementation projects and support in SuccessFactors solutions.
* Advanced English and experience in a multicultural environment.
* Good knowledge and experience in the implementation of SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central & ideally Compensation or Talent modules).
* Independent, committed and pro-active working style, good teamwork, communication skills, high customer and service orientation.
