Responsibilities
* Responsible for all Growatt product technical support in Spain
* Remote technical support for product issues via telephone calls, email, and social communication software or A s.
* Field services include onsite inspection & repair, inverter swap & fitting, inverter maintenance, and customer visits.
* Collect product failures, output feedback on major quality issues, and coordinate with staff in HQ to improve product quality.
* Work reports, troubleshooting documentation and comply with company
Qualifications
1. Power electronics major preferred, preferably in the photovoltaic industry
2. Ability to learn multi series products quickly
3. Spanish is mandatory
4. Strong communication skills
5. Adaptable to frequent business trips, hard working, able to work under high pressure, and willing to contribute to the company.
6. Familiar with basic instrumentation such as multi meter, 485 tool etc.
7. Proactive, strong sense of responsibility, good communication skills and teamwork spirit, strong ability to implement goals and plans.
