How can you help us?
The Project Manager (PM) facilitates the Project Leader (PL) in achieving project objectives. The PM oversees and manages the process of implementing changes in the project and product portfolio, ensuring timely completion at the lowest possible costs at our factories or TPM partners.
Your main responsibilities
Main tasks:
* Organize project kick-off meetings with cross-functional project teams (PL / R&D / SC / Procurement / Finance).
* Provide Supply Chain input (production MOQs, leadtimes, technical possibilities, raw materials availability, packaging options, etc).
* Create, manage, and control project timings via a CTP (aligned with the PL).
* Coordinate with Finance for ICP estimates and confirmed ICPs during project phases and provide input to the PL.
* Coordinate line trials (if necessary) with the production hub or third-party supplier.
* Gather necessary information from the PL to initiate the MD process.
* Create, change, and extend Global Master Data and initiate Phase-Out processes within MDG.
* Ensure forecast alignment and confirmation.
* Ensure relevant communication internally and externally regarding all product changes.
* Manage cross-country implications during renovation projects or delistings.
* Regular update meetings with CAT/PLs to review full project lists and individual project statuses, risks, updates, etc.
* End-to-End NPD process ownership – ensure discipline and adherence to stage gate process from PL / Marketing & Commercial teams.
Admin tasks:
* Coordination of samples shipments for Intercompany Business.
* Obsolete management for delistings and change management – RIRO (calculation of estimated obsoletes and coverage of existing materials; control of scrapping and invoicing scrapping costs).
* Change management control when releasing packaging material orders in SAP.
* Control of miscellaneous invoicing (plate costs, industrial trial costs, legalization of documents in Embassies, etc).
* For GE projects, coordination of registration documents and their legalization in Embassies, etc.
* Keep an updated Excel database with all live SKUs in the factory, along with corresponding correct label revision codes for correct packaging order management.
* Check that printed materials correspond to the correct label version prior to first productions related to Innovation or Renovation projects.
Background:
* Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Economics, or Engineering.
* Minimum of 3 years of experience (product manager, marketing).
* High level of English (C1).
* Project Management Experience.
* SAP MDG.
* Experience in the FMCG sector.
