What we are looking for
Position is satisfactorily executed when:
* To produce an outstanding guest experience within the Banqueting concepts by managing a service team in cooperation with the Events & Culinary team.
* The Banquet Manager provides a courteous, professional and efficient service in accordance with the 7Pines Resort Ibiza standards.
* Health and hygiene standards (APPCC) are complied with.
* Energy and material saving policies are followed and waste generated is recycled.
* The rest of the staff is motivated and fully trained in all their duties and responsibilities.
* Good communication is maintained with all colleagues in the team and other departments on matters that may affect the hotel's operations and the well-being of guests.
Usual responsibilities of the position include
The Banquet Manager oversees, executes, and organizes the set-up and preparation of banquets and events within the hotel's different locations to provide guests with a unique experience. Duties include coordinating with the Groups and Events Department and the Chef de Cuisine in the planning and set-up of the rooms and other events taking place in the hotel. Taking care of the event material and keeping it clean and tidy in the event storage room.

Requirements
The person we are looking for must have the following qualities:
* Focused on service and highly oriented to customer and results.
* Speak Spanish and English. Any other language is considered a plus.
* Knowledge and experience in 5 star / luxury hotels.
* Ability to work in a team and autonomously.
* Dynamic, innovative.
