We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead and drive Specialty Paper sales across all of Europe. This is a truly unique opportunity to play a key role in developing the European market, working independently, and remotely. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the European market, exceptional business development skills, and the ability to manage relationships with customers across multiple countries. Key Responsibilities:Sales Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy targeting new customers and accounts in the paper and paperboard industry. Customer Relationships: Maintain and enhance relationships with existing customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention. Sales Targets: Achieve revenue and volume targets set by management. Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, including timely and accurate responses to inquiries and requests. Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve issues such as quality concerns, delivery delays, and other customer problems. Market Monitoring: Monitor and report on market and competitor activity, customer trends, and industry developments. Requirements:Experience: Minimum of 5 10 years of experience in sales management role within paper industry. Industry Knowledge: Experience in selling Speciality paper with a proven track record. Language Skills: Fluency in English is mandatory. Education: A completed Bachelors degree is advantageous. Communication Skills: Strong communication and negotiation skills.
