Your role in our mission
1. Lead the Design and Construction Program for multiple major data center projects, ensuring smooth operations from scope definition through completion.
2. Coordinate and manage overall project progress, ensuring alignment across design, construction, and analysis phases.
3. Oversee non-physical deliverables such as schedules, resource allocation (power, cooling, space), cost, and customer relationships for a successful project lifecycle.
4. Provide regular project updates to senior leadership and customers, detailing progress, risks, and milestones.
5. Serve as the primary decision-maker on work-stream issues, collaborating closely with owners and customers to gather data and insights.
6. Apply industry best practices to balance the needs of the owner with the demands of the construction team, ensuring project goals are met on time and within budget.
7. Drive process improvement, incorporating lean construction techniques and streamlining practices to increase project efficiency and consistency.
Valued skills and experience
1. Numerous years of experience managing multiple project management teams in complex, large-scale construction projects.

3. Proven ability to lead cross-functional, multi-organizational teams and manage complex design programs.
4. Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills with customers, key suppliers, and business partners.
5. Strong knowledge of construction practices, contracts, billing, detailing, estimating, and project management from start to finish.
6. Proficiency in computer applications and productivity tools, with the ability to adapt and transfer skills across different platforms.
7. Highly organized and influential, with a proven ability to drive decision-making across multiple stakeholders without direct authority.
This role involves regional and national travel (up to 25%), and a successful candidate will be highly collaborative, adept at working with diverse functional teams to deliver outstanding results on all construction projects.
Join us and be a driving force in shaping the future of data center construction across EMEA.
