About The Role
As Field Manager based in Madrid, you will drive engagement and compliance within retail partners, build Dyson brand awareness in stores, and improve sell-out through effective training strategies.
You will be responsible for the Iberia Market.
Reporting to the Head of Retail, you will ensure perfect in-store execution, selective distribution monitoring, and deliver transformation across the retail landscape.
Responsibilities
1. Oversee the retail shopping experience and lead retail execution and sales growth.
2. Manage training and demonstrations in electrical and beauty retailers.
3. Lead retail execution and sell-out performance across the country with key third-party retail customers.
4. Oversee and coach a team of managers and their reports to ensure execution of the retail strategy.
5. Manage key stakeholders within a matrix organization through strong relationships.
6. Develop and execute strategies for successful in-store launches of new products (NPD).
7. Seek opportunities for innovation and drive long-term efficiency in retail presence.
8. Utilize operational skills to draw insights and act on trends, shaping future activities.
9. Analyze national sales data, market trends, and competitor information to identify opportunities and anticipate obstacles.
10. Set sales targets, review team performance, and validate bonuses based on results.
11. Analyze sales results, profitability, and training efficiency proposing corrective plans as needed.
12. Manage and develop team skills, adapt training content, and ensure strong integration between headquarters and the field.
About You
The successful person will speak fluent Spanish and English and will be responsible for a certain number of stores that will be visited periodically in order to help the retailers to grow in sales and also to enhance brand awareness within our 3rd party retail customers across Iberia, by building brand advocacy, executing best-in-class customer experiences, and developing strong relationships with our retailer colleagues in-store.
