We are actively seeking an experienced Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic team.
JOB SUMMARY
The Marketing Coordinator plays a key role within the business, contributing to the development and implementation of the Roccabella Yachts and Roccabella Yacht Management marketing strategies.
The role will focus on growing the Roccabella brand exposure within the super yacht and luxury travel industries, as well as amongst our target customer demographics.
The Marketing Coordinator will work alongside the Roccabella team and Graphic Designer to maintain all Roccabella marketing assets and deliver effective and impactful marketing campaigns.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Work with the team to implement the marketing strategy with an overarching brief of building the brand and delivering leads.
* Create the content calendar – across social media and email marketing.
* Liaise with the crew onboard Roccabella's Charter Fleet to provide real-time content.
* Design and deliver compelling paid creative campaigns across key social media channels.
* Create and optimise Google Ad campaigns to drive paid traffic to the website.
* Support our SEO efforts by optimising content, conducting keyword research, and helping to improve organic search performance on the website.
* Keep abreast of industry trends and compelling marketing campaigns.
* Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
* Participate in global marketing initiatives as assigned.
* Create press releases and manage fleet news /identify coverage opportunities within the superyacht trade publications (BOAT, Superyacht Times etc).
* Identify partnership opportunities with appropriate complementary brands.
EXPERIENCE AND REQUIREMENTS
Essential:
* Educated to degree level or equivalent marketing qualification.
* 3-5 years of experience in a marketing role, (with a background in the luxury industry being desirable).
* Possess excellent copywriting skills, a strong attention to detail and creative flair.
* CMS experience.
* Visual content creation skills are essential.
* Skilled in Adobe Creative Cloud ideally (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.), if not experience with web-based tools such Canva, Figma or similar is advantageous.
* Be able to demonstrate sound organisation skills and flexibility, and a capability to manage multiple work streams.
* English fluency is essential with an additional language desirable.
Desirable:
* Experience in yachting, high-end/experiential travel or other luxury businesses.
* Knowledge of international markets and the ability to adapt marketing strategies for different regions.
