Asphalion is growing and we are looking for a Regulatory Administrative Assistant to support our team in managing documentation, processes and databases. If you have experience in administrative tasks within the regulatory sector and a high level of English, we would love to meet you!
Main responsibilities:
* Provide administrative support in the preparation, management, and tracking of regulatory documentation.
* Maintain and update regulatory databases and platforms.
* Review and archive documents, ensuring compliance with regulations.
* Assist in the planning and follow-up of regulatory projects.
* Draft, translate, and review documents in both English and Spanish.
* Communicate with clients, suppliers, and authorities in English when required.
* Support in the management of related documentation, ensuring timely follow-up.
* Handle the coordination and filing of various business contracts, providing internal support as needed.
* Provide general administrative support to the team, including handling calls and email communications.
Requirements:
* 2-3 years in an administrative role.
* Education: Degree in Administration, Life Sciences, Translation, or a related field (preferred).
* High level of English (C1) both written and spoken.
* Proficiency in office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.).
* Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
